the grand cosmopolitan is impeccably clean and has an awesome location for catching sunsets. it's just a 4-min walk to the metro. the housekeeping staff were super fast and attentive - ensuring everything sparkled.

The hotel staff were super friendly, helpful, and they just make you feel at home like you have a family there. Special shoutout to the lovely Natalie, Katarina, Anna, and the kind man Niki for their exceptional service, as well as Tariq, Mahmoud, and the cheerful concierge team! The hotel offered top-notch relaxation options like a spa & wellness centre and a rooftop pool, making our stay even more enjoyable 🌟 The only tiny hiccup was a slight delay during early check-in, but it didn't overshadow the overall fantastic experience and hospitality we received!

Grand Cosmopolitan was ideally located near Mashreq Metro stop, providing easy access. Exceptionally clean rooms with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. the beautiful and spacious pool area exceeded expectations. the breakfast offered excellent quality and immense variety.

Despite missing a night due to a flight delay, the staff at Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel surprised my nephew with a birthday treat. Luxurious rooms, great buffet, attentive service. Only wish for better early check-in options. a fantastic stay exceeding expectations.

Had a great time at the hotel for 3 days. Centrally located with easy access to attractions. Generous rooms, Starbucks coffee machine, and great food selection at the restaurant. the staff, including Margarita, Anjelina, Rafiq, Jennifer. the concierge and staff were accommodating, and the breakfast was great. the gym had everything I needed, and the check-out experience was fantastic. a superb experience with attentive staff and convenient location.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war fantastisch. Die Lage war einfach perfekt: ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahnstation und des Stadtzentrums. Die Anreise mit dem Zug war ein Kinderspiel, da das Hotel direkt neben dem Bahnhof liegt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bett sehr gemütlich. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstückbuffet war ein Highlight, sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden mit den Hotelanlagen und dem Parkplatzangebot.

The hotel also provided a spacious safe that easily fit a laptop case. we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and beach access, receiving relaxing massages, and body treatments. the Spa lounge and beauty treatments were also remarkable, and we felt pampered during our stay. the steam room and waxing services were beyond expectation. the location advantages were also great, with easy access to the main attractions in the city.

The meeting rooms were perfect for events, especially if you only have 50 guests. The pool lounge was great for relaxing and snacking. The hotel had amenities for everyone, and the location was convenient.

On my first day, I had a surprise visit from room service. It wasn't exactly organized, but hey, who needs privacy anyway?

During my recent business trip to Dubai, I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel, chosen by my director. The rooftop, temperature-controlled swimming pool with a terrace and Jacuzzi was a standout feature, offering the ideal place to sunbathe or relax after a long day of meetings. Additionally, the hotel provided three restaurants, free private parking, outdoor swimming pools, and a fitness centre.

Desert safari company fell short.

Our stay at Grand Cosmopolitan was amazing! The spacious and modern rooms were spotlessly clean and the breakfast buffet was superb. We especially loved the gym and the free shuttle to the beach. One downside was the lack of valet parking, but it wasn't a big issue. we would definitely recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel for a business symposium, and it exceeded my expectations. The rooms at Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel in Dubai are like a cozy oasis with super comfy king-size beds, a walk-in shower and bathtub, and a mini-fridge for those late-night snack cravings. I felt so pampered and relaxed during my stay!

I personally found the mini fridge a bit noisy at night, but it didn't bother everyone.
